Love.com, Inc. (“Love,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing a positive and safe space and fostering an inclusive environment for every member and guest of the Love community. To this end, all users of the Love marketplace at https://www.love.com/, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through https://www.love.com/, mobile applications, and related services, information, and communications (collectively, the "Platform") are prohibited from discriminating against any person based on that person’s status or identity with respect to any of the following attributes:

- Age
- Disability

This Anti-Discrimination Policy (this “Policy”) is a part of our Terms of Use (the "Terms") and your access to and use of the Platform is subject to compliance with this Policy. We reserve the right, on a case-by-case basis, to determine whether any use of the Platform constitutes discriminatory behavior. Examples of such discriminatory behavior include, but are not limited to:
- hate speech or other abusive, harassing, indecent, harmful, or inflammatory language or content directed at or in reference to a person’s status or identity with respect to any of the attributes above;
- policies or individual acts of denying service to any individual based on the attributes above; or
- posts that use racial slurs or include language or content that are directly or indirectly derogatory or demeaning in reference to any of the attributes above.
Regardless of the nature of your engagement with the Platform, such as being a Buyer, Seller, or other user on the Platform, discrimination of a person based on the attributes above will not be tolerated and may result in termination or suspension of your access to your account or other recourse as provided in our Terms.
