Love.com Return Policy

    At Love.com, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return under the following conditions:

    General Return Policy:

      Requests must be made within 7 days of the item's arrival. Contact us within this timeframe to be eligible for a return. Photos of the item may be required to determine approval.

    Approval Process:

    • Once we receive your return request, we will respond with an approval or denial within 2 business days. Approval is at our discretion based on the item's condition and nature. Photos may be required to determine approval.

    Condition of Items:

    • Items must be in new condition and in their original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and packaging materials, to be eligible for a return.
    • Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items returned after the specified period.

    Return Label and Shipping:

    • Upon approval, a return label will be emailed to you. You have 14 days from the issuance date of the return label to send the item back. Items returned after this period are not eligible for a refund.
    • Ensure the return shipment is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

    Refund Process:

    • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, store credit will be issued.

    Non-Returnable Items:

    • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare products) once opened
    • Gift cards and promotional items

    Plant Return Policy

    We understand the importance of healthy plants and strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order. If you encounter any issues with the plants you receive, please review our plant return policy:

    • Return Request Period:
      Requests must be made within 48 hours of the plant's arrival. Contact us within this timeframe to be eligible for a return.
    • Eligibility Criteria:
      Plants must be reported as damaged or unhealthy upon arrival. Please provide clear photos of the plants and their packaging when submitting your return request.
    • Approval Process:
      Once we receive your return request, we will respond with an approval or denial within 2 business days. Approval is at our discretion based on the condition and nature of the plant.
    • Return Process:
      Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval. Ensure the plants are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

    Non-Returnable Items:

    • Plants reported after 48 hours of arrival
    • Plants that have been repotted or tampered with

    Love.com Order Cancellation Policy

    Product Subscription Cancellation:

    • For product subscription services, cancellations must be requested before the next subscription renewal date to avoid being charged and having the product shipped. If a cancellation request is made after the renewal date and the product has shipped, the subscription will be canceled for future renewals, but the current shipment will not be refunded. However, you may request a refund for the shipped product once you receive it, following our return policy.

      How to Cancel:
      • To cancel an order, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@love.com within the 24-hour cancellation window. Provide your order number, reason for your cancellation request and any other relevant details to expedite the process.
        Cancellation Approval:
        • Once we receive your cancellation request, our team will confirm the cancellation and issue a full refund to the original payment method within 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is processed.
          Orders Already Shipped:
          • If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you may follow our return policy to return the item for a refund once you receive it.
