Love.com Return Policy
At Love.com, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return under the following conditions:
General Return Policy:

Return Request Period:
Requests must be made within 7 days of the item's arrival. Contact us within this timeframe to be eligible for a return. Photos of the item may be required to determine approval.
Approval Process:
- Once we receive your return request, we will respond with an approval or denial within 2 business days. Approval is at our discretion based on the item's condition and nature. Photos may be required to determine approval.
Condition of Items:
- Items must be in new condition and in their original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and packaging materials, to be eligible for a return.
- Due to the perishable nature of many of our products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for items returned after the specified period.
Return Label and Shipping:
- Upon approval, a return label will be emailed to you. You have 14 days from the issuance date of the return label to send the item back. Items returned after this period are not eligible for a refund.
- Ensure the return shipment is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
Refund Process:
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, store credit will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, skincare products) once opened
- Gift cards and promotional items
Plant Return Policy
We understand the importance of healthy plants and strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order. If you encounter any issues with the plants you receive, please review our plant return policy:

Plants must be reported as damaged or unhealthy upon arrival. Please provide clear photos of the plants and their packaging when submitting your return request. -

Return Process:
Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval. Ensure the plants are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Plants reported after 48 hours of arrival
- Plants that have been repotted or tampered with
