TO USE

Apply small amount of cream onto clean and dry skin. Massage lightly with a circular motion until it is thoroughly absorbed into the skin. THIS PRODUCT WILL CAUSE A HEATING EFFECT ON THE SKIN. TEST FIRST ON A SMALL AREA OF SKIN. IF IT FEELS TOO HOT, DO NOT RINSE OFF WITH HOT WATER- HOT WATER WILL ONLY INTENSIFY THE FEELING OF HEAT. IF HEAT FEELING IS TOO HOT, FIRST USE A WIPE OR TOWEL WITH COLD WATER TO REMOVE ANY GEL RESIDUE, THEN USE ICE TO CALM SKIN. DO NOT USE ON EXCESSIVELY DRY, SUNBURNED SKIN, PIMPLES OR INFLAMED BLEMISHES. DO NOT USE ON FACE, UNDERARMS OR PRIVATE PARTS.
