A bundle includes:

  • One Sweet's DIY Kit
  • One bottle of raw honey, harvested in the Carolinas. It's the perfect addition to your Sweet's DIY Kit, cup of tea, or morning toast!

Customize your bundle by selecting:

- An 8 oz glass jar of King Cobra Apiary Wildflower Honey: This Spring varietal is harvested April through May in North Carolina's Piedmont region from carefully tended bees feeding on black locust, blackberry, clover, dewberry, blueberry, and various wildflowers.  Light and sweet flavor profile, smooth and easy on the palate.  Perfect in a cup of tea, coffee, or on top of some buttermilk biscuits.  Beautiful gift-size jar contains enough honey to prepare one DIY Syrup Kit.

OR

- A 16-oz food-grade plastic flip-top container of Herb's Honey from any of these varietals:

  • EARLY SPRING: Carolina Blonde contains the year’s first honey flow, collected in February and March. Its color and sweetness are both very light.
  • LATE SPRINGQueen City Gold is collected from March to early May. This variety has a fruity, sweet flavor.
  • SUMMERSouth End is a summer extraction, harvested in May and June. It’s darker in color, with a smooth and buttery old-fashioned taste.
  • FALL: Herb’s Pride is the last harvest of the year, gathered from hives from August to October. Bronze-colored with a strong, sweet, fantastically robust flavor, it lends a special richness.

NOTES:

  • Kits and honey should be stored in a cool, dry place.
  • Finished syrup must be refrigerated and consumed within 3 months, or may be frozen for longer storage.
  • Crystallization of raw honey is normal, and can be reversed by gently warming the honey.  Simply set your closed honey jar in a container of warm water, and let sit for a few minutes.  Then stir your honey to restore it to a liquid state.
