HEAL Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil - 400ml

We experienced some paint issues on about 10% of our latest production run for HEAL bottles only. This affects only the outside of the bottles, not the oil itself. Some of you may receive bottles where the white paint faded off a bit in transit. As a brand owner, this broke my heart to see. I do everything I possibly can to bring you the best quality product I can, but sometimes things go wrong during production that are out of my control. This was one of those times. I'm grateful that I was physically at the copacking facility so we could quality control this batch together. I decided to allow the majority of these bottles to get filled so we didn't waste / throw away bottles.

We are working on new paint formulations to ensure this doesn't happen again. This is also one of the difficulties with working with organic ink. It's just not as durable as ceramic ink. But to me, it's important to do the best we can as a brand for the planet and for our customers, so organic is always the first choice.
