Our Milk It Lactation Blend is now better than ever with a new and improved blend of galactagogues. We created this blend with super-nutrient Moringa, Blessed Thistle, and a new addition of Nigella Sativa Seed, also known as Black Cumin. It's a common spice used in Middle Eastern and Indian foods, but it's also been well-loved for centuries for supporting a mother's milk supply. This blend is gentle on the tummy and easy to incorporate into a healthy breastfeeding repertoire.
