Each starter box contains:

(2) Whole Broiler Chicken, minimum of 7.5 lbs. of chicken
(2) Bottom Round Beef Roasts, 2.5-3.0 lbs each
(2) Beef Chuck Roasts, 3.0-3.5 lbs each
(3) Stew Beef Cubes Packages, 1 lb. each
(2) Beef Soup Bones, 2.0-2.5 lbs. each (2-inch thick osso buco marrow bone plus meat)
