According to ancient Ayurvedic practice, the most effective way to take ashwagandha is with milk fat, also known as ghee. When the two are combined into Ashwagandha Ghee, they work together synergistically in way that enhances the positive effects of both. This is considered the most therapeutic and beneficial way to consume ashwagandha because it makes the compounds in the herb more bioavailable (able to be absorbed and used by our bodies). All herbs taste different: some are bitter (like arugula), others sweet (like basil). We do not add any salt or sugar to mask/hide the taste. Just pure, unadulterated organic herbs are used.
