Rated "CLEAN" in the Think Dirty app.General Brush Recommendations:When applying Mocha Latte' or Brazilian Brown as a cake liner (wet application), try our Angle Liner Brush. Iris may also be used as a cake liner. For the crease area, smudging, or for the "smokey eye look", try our Shadow Smudge or Crease Brush. For all over lid application, or for brushing off powder residue, try our All Over Lid brush. Our Flocked Eye Shadow Sponge may also be used for all over lid application. When using White Diamond to highlight larger areas such as cheeks, apply lightly with our Petite Face brush. Or, our highlight brush for under the brow bone. When using Tropical Sunset on your cheeks or as a bronzer, try our Petite Face Brush for a natural, sheer application.More Tips:Before application, be sure to prime with Multi Task powder. For the best results, use three shades to shape the eye. These three shades consist of a highlighter, mid-tone (crease) shade and contour shade.Use a light shade, such as White Diamond or Beach Bum, as your highlighter color. Highlighter should be applied to your eye lid, blending up toward your brow bone. To create a ‘wide awake’ look, apply highlighter to the inner corner of the eye.Use a mid-tone shade such as Mocha Latte’, Tropical Sunset or Iris to define the crease of the eye. Our Multi Purpose Pressed Powder Face & Eye shades, such as Acai Berry, Pink Parfait may also be used. To apply, start from the outside of the crease and gently move your brush across the crease toward your nose. Make sure to blend well with the highlighter shade so that there are no harsh edges. For contouring the eyes, use the darkest of the three shades, such as Brazilian Brown. Apply your contour shade from the outer corner of your eye to the crease, blending slightly inward. The contour shade should only be applied to the outer third of the eyelid. You may also want to use the contour shade as an eye liner. Please see eye liner application tips. For a smoky eye effect, you can use your contour or mid-tone color all over the lid, beginning at the lash line and blend as you move upwards to the crease. Make sure to blend well for the true "smoky eye" look!Dark tones make the area seem more dramatic and receding. Lighter shades will bring attention to the eyes and make them appear larger. When shopping for a shade, pay close attention to the products "description" rather than the color displayed on your monitor, as each monitor will display the images differently. Colors that are opposite of your eye color will make eyes “pop”. Skin tone is also a factor when choosing the right eye shadow or liner. For example, if you have very dark skin, try to avoid shades that are too light. Likewise, if you have very light skin, you should avoid shades that are too dark.
