Was dormant when I received it. Planted in a pot for now till we decide where on the property we will plant it. It already has new leaf growth on the branches. So excited!!
When they delivered only one of two of the items. They refunded one of the items but not the shipping charges. As a result, we were overcharged for shipping. I wouldn't buy from them again.
