Essential Oil Directions:

• Topical use: Dilute 1 drop with 4 drops carrier oil. Test on a small area of skin on the underside of your arm & apply to desired area as needed. Not recommend for topical use on children under the age of 3. (Always dilute when applying to children.)
• Aromatic: Diffuse 4-5 drops up to 1 hour 3 times daily. We recommend diffusing Rooted Essential Oils in a diffuser for a refreshing aroma with the added benefits of cleansing the air from bacteria and viruses.
