How To Use Your Gua Sha

• We recommend using with an oil or serum to help the Gua Sha glide and avoid pulling at the skin.

• Gently scrap against your skin - focus on tension areas like your jawline and forehead. Use the top part (the three points) of the Gua Sha and sweep in upwards motions.

• Use the long, flat side to massage your neck in downwards motions or the top part (the three points) upwards on your throat.

How To Clean Your Gua Sha

• After each use, simply rinse with warm water and lay flat to dry on a towel.

• Once a week, rinse with warm water and soap of choice (we use a drop of face wash) and lay flat to dry on a towel.

• For a deep clean of tool (suggested 1 - 2 x per month), fill bowl with warm water, drop of soap of choice, and a dash of salt and soak Gua Sha for up to 1 hour.
